I have a perplexing issue.

The internet at a clients office, they lose their internet at exactly 4:30pm, and they get it back at exactly 4:45pm

I already checked the router, not only is the time restriction not set, it doesn't even exist, there is also no third party firewall. I would normally suspect virus, but this is odd behavior that i've never seen a virus do.

Any thoughts?

EDIT: Malwarebytes reports no infection

Exactly what happens?

What is the frequency..."consistently" is pretty vague, IMO.

How many systems are involved?

If others...do they lose connectivity?

Anyone consult the ISP?

Louis

Apologies, just one out of their 5 PC's, so it isn't the ISP. or the router.

As stated in my Edit, PC isn't infected.

Hi Just a quick few questions -
Is it the SAME computer that loses connection every day ??
Have you attempted to move the problem computer (if it is just one single unit) to another internet connection point ??
Have you used Ethernet connection for the problem computer, or are all units on ethernet connections ??
Is this unit closest, or furtherest, from the modem unit ??

Thank You -
