I downloaded and installed a game and when I went to start it, I got a Run-time error 76: Path not found message. The files are all where they are supposed to be. There has got to be another reason it is coming up, but I'm not sure what it is.

It's Comic Book Hero: Greatest Cape

The message

Run-time Error 76: Path not found: 'C:\CBH\skins\\background\popup.jpg'

The directory that is blank in that is 'Default', but it is there.

Yeah.

That was me.

It doesn't answer my question.

What could possibly be wrong as I don't have any problems with anything else.

I figured someone here could help me pinpoint the RTE problem.

I don't game...but if the game contains any required runtime files...I'd have to say that there's no way that I can give you a better answer than received at the developer's website.

What Causes Runtime Errors?
