It is my fault for running ComboFix but I just needed piece of mind by running it to
make sure my system is fine.

Even though I knew it was a hardcore malware scanner/remover :(

So why is the title named ComboFix fail?

Its because after ComboFix did its thing, my theme has changed and my system is generally
running slower than it was before. I cannot for the life of me recall how my theme was before.

Main Question:
I see on System Restore that ComboFix made a system restore point
Can I use this to time machine my Windows back to how it was?

I really want to go back in time :(

I'm going it alone, my depression is not stopping literally.
Sorry for the bump.

The short answer is yes. Use that restore and see what you get.

If it looks like I know what I'm doing, there's a pretty good chance the only reason for that is because
I once asked someone to run chkdsk /r and a BC Advisor smacked me in the back of the head.
