This is my problem. After a recent incident with my processor being very bent and one pin missing, I fixed it put it back in the computer. The hsf is only held in by 2 screws due to the fact that I lost the other 2. After I fixed it, my computer was fine for a week and now after about 5 Minuets of being logged in it will freeze completely (Cant Alt F4, or Control Alt Delete) forcing me to hold the power button. I don't believe this is hardware related due to the fact that my computer functions fine indefinably in safe mode. I have tried restoring to a restore point, one of the restore points doesn't help, and the other locks up during restore. I have run malwarebytes quick scan and turned up clean, also ran spy bot, but it was also clean. I honestly have no idea what to do, I have Windows 7 Home Premium, my antivirus is ESET Smart Security. Thanks :)
