Windows Open In Small Size

i updated firefox. now almost all of my windows in ie/firefox open small so i have to maximize them. thanks, boyd.

I can't help you with FF but open IE and hold down the Ctrl key. Move the borders of the IE window to the desired size. Release the Ctrl key. Go to File and select Close. You must close the window using Close, not the X. Reopen IE and it should be sized as you like it.

Try dragging the Firefox window open in all directions. Open a second copy while the first is still open and do the same thing.

Windows default is supposed to be to remember the window size of the last time the ap was open.

See if that helps.
