Please download Farbar Service Scanner and run it on the computer with the issue.

Type the following in the edit box after "Search:".

iaStor.sys

Click Search Files button and post the log (FSS.txt) it makes to your reply.

What boxes must I check ex. internet services, windows firewall etc...

Please download SystemLook from one of the links below and save it to your Desktop.
Download Mirror #1

64-bit users go HERE
  • Double-click SystemLook.exe to run it.
  • Vista\Win 7 users:: Right click on SystemLook.exe, click Run As Administrator
  • Copy the content of the following box and paste it into the main textfield:
    :filefind
    iaStor.sys
    
  • Click the Look button to start the scan.
  • When finished, a notepad window will open with the results of the scan. Please post this log in your next reply.
Note: The log can also be found on your Desktop entitled SystemLook.txt

Open Windows Explorer. Go Tools>Folder Options>View tab, put a checkmark next to Show hidden files, and folders, UN-check Hide protected operating system files.
NOTE. Make sure to reverse the above changes, when done with this step.
Upload following files to http://www.virustotal.com/ for security check:
- C:\Windows\System32\drivers\iaStor.sys
IMPORTANT! If the file is listed as already analyzed, click on Reanalyse file now button.
Post scan results.

Well i am using safe mode right now. This laptop does not have internet explorer, and every time I try to download it, it asks to restart the computer. But when I restart it crashes again. What do I do now??

What happens when you start in normal mode?

well i am using chrome in safe mode with network. Everything seems to work in this mode

I'm talking about Windows Explorer not Internet Explorer.
To open Windows Explorer hold Windows logo key and press E.

It just brings me to computer. And I do not see any thing that says tools other than in properties

Click Organize>Layout, click "Menu bar".
You should see "Tools" at the top now.
