Users connecting to the terminal server report major performance issues when using MS office, Web browsing, outlook attachment downloads take forever, etc. Avast and MS security essentials scan clean but the current MBAM installation has become corrupt. Attempts to install new version of MBAM result in 'Access Denied' msg. I am logged in as local adminstrator so permissions should not be an issue. Really looking to avoid formatting this production server and re-installing all the apps. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
