What is RadioWMPcoreGeckoxx.dll?

I occasionally get a warning from Norton about RadioWMPcoreGeckoxx.dll where xx can be anything from 9 to 19. Everything seems to work as normal. Am I infected? If so what should I do?

I appreciate any help you can give me.

Thanks.
