I've been visiting the site for a few days just to learn how to navigate. I'm 61 years old and was referred to the site by a "My Phone Support tech.". I've never really had any problems until before Christmas 2011 I picked up "XP Antispyware 2012" virus. From the forum topics I've read the instruction are very concise and lead you to what must be done to correct a problem. By reading a few of the forum topics I've found others who have had the same problem that I have had and how they were lead step by step to correct the problem (just like I was). I'm still having one problem, but so far I haven't found the topic yet. If I don't find it, I'll probably post a new topic to get help! Thanks to everyone who assists in helping those of us who don't really know how the unseen parts of a program work or how to make repairs when we have a problem!!

The power of accurate observation is commonly called cynicism by those who haven't got it.
