Had a system crash, and thought I recovered. Want to create a backup of whols system, but the creation fails into over 5,000entries saved out of over 10,000. Many entries missing, from "c:\windows\prefetch\..." for example: "c:\windows\prefetch\dmadminexe-257D0722.pf"

How can I add the missing entries?

System manufacturer and model?

What mechanism did you use to "recover"?

Don't worry about prefetch files. In fact, in this particular case before doing the backup just delete all entries in \windows\prefetch
