Files' Can't open

Had "Windows 7" installed some time ago and I just discovered that there are a number of files I can not open.
Files: 123/ WK4/ SAM/ XLR/ WPS/ WDB/ DMSM.
Whar can I do??

It'll tell you what given file is for and what program you need to open them.
NOTE. Not every type of file can be opened in normal ways.
