Whats The Best Free Video Cd Burner Software

I want to burn some video files on my PC to CD as I don't have a DVD writer but have a CD writer and wondered which Free Video CD Burner was the best.

if it only a few files to b written. try nero which is not freeware but a shareware which u can use upto 30 days.

Nero is the most popular one I hear of.

Window's Media PLayer has some fetures as well
