ie and other open windows gets closed even after completely formatting hard drive with DBAN

I have formatted 3 times complete harddrive and one time using DBAN and when i install XP SP3 as soon as i open explorer even without connecting internet cable at the back it gets closed and other windoes also applications freezes.

Hello, I highly doubt malware is involved here. However, I recommend completely uninstalling McAfee and see if that makes a difference.

Dowload and save McAfee Removal Tool to your desktop.

Run it to remove McAfee. After this, please restart your computer.
