I have an internet connection, but am unable to connect to the network server. I get the following message when trying to connect to the network. "\\Ba1\public is not available. You might not have permission to use the network resource. Contact the administrator of the server to find out is you have access permission. No network provider accepted the given network path." A friend had the same problem and used combofix to resolve the problem. Unfortunately, this did not work for me.
