Recently had a problem with HP All-in-One C280 that wouldn't send scanned photos to a file to save.

Followed all of HP's recommendations to unintall and reinstall, nothing works.

Am now looking for a sure-fire way to remove ALL HP files from my pc and start over.

Have tried deleting files manually, but in c:Program Files(x86), there is an HP file that tells me that I do not have permission to remove this file. Can you guys help?

I am using this on a Dell Studio 1737 running Vista

Go here http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html

Download the portable version at the bottom.

Run it, follow the steps.

Thanks! That is the only thing I've tried that removed it completely. Might add that I used it in safe mode.
