Okay well I had my samsung tv as my computer monitor for about a month then a power out fried my power supply for the computer and I got ti fixed I replaced the power supply and got a surge protector, now when I plug my computer into my tv the tv says "mode not supported the resolution is not supported on this tv" when I first bought the computer all I did was put an hdmi from the tv to the computer and it worked fine and I did change the resolutions but the tv was fine with it. then when this happened the only thing that changed is the power supply and now the tv says the resolution is wrong. Anyone know what happened?

Can you post the computer model/specs along with the video card? Have you tried swapping available monitors, cables for testing? See this Link for more information.
