I am new to the forums, I do see the stickies, however I feel like asking this to see if there are any opinions.

We all know that having too many anti-virus programs can be bad for the computer as they can fight each other.

With that said, I have three on my computer. This computer is brand new from Christmas and hasn't had anything happen to it yet (that would need a virus scanner) so I'm starting now with the latest and greatest.

What's your opinion, polls options above, of which ones I should keep? Are all three safe being on the computer? I've set them up to run every Sunday, although I may have each one scan on a different day (Sunday, Wednesday, Friday or something).

Do you think I should install something else? Say what it is and why.

What's your opinion in general?

You ask a common question for which you will receive varying opinions and recommendations. There is no universal "one size fits all" solution that works for everyone and there is no best anti-virus. Please see Choosing an Anti-Virus Program.

After reading that, scroll down and read Supplementing your Anti-Virus Program with Anti-Malware Tools.
