Hello. I recently got a virus which hid all my files and programs and gave a 'fake' anti-virus thing which wanted me to buy it. But I got that fixed, or so I thought. Then these things started happening and I can't fix it. I've ran Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and Avast Anti-Virus. Not sure if I should follow these instructions for it may be different (http://forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?showtopic=205929). So I thought I'd ask you guys before doing anything else.

I use Win7 Ultimate 64-bit.

Here are the symptoms.

1) Google redirect.
Most of the time when I Google something, I have to open the link 4 times because the first 3 tries will be redirected to some advertisement.

2) Google images doesn't load all the way.

3) tdsskiller.exe doesn't load. I've tried changing the file name as well and still didn't work.

4) Safely Remove Hardware and Eject Media is un-usable.

5) Windows gets stuck while shutting down. I have to hard-reset the computer.

6) Weird pop-ups in the background from time to time that say stuff like "Message from website", "You are leaving this site [OK] [Cancel]". I've tried adding AdBlock to both Chrome and IE, but neither worked.

7) Installing Driver Software gets stuck as well.

8) Sometimes websites don't load. I have to refresh it to load it.

Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<== starting at Step 6. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues, what you have done to resolve them, and a link to this topic.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.

It would be helpful if you post a note here once you have completed the steps in the guide and have started your topic in malware removal. Good luck and be patient.

If HelpBot replies to your topic, PLEASE follow Step One so it will report your topic to the team members.
