First off, I wasn't sure where to post this, so if it fits better in another Forum, please move it there for me. Thank you.

I am trying to help my stepmother clear up her computer. She keeps getting the following popup error message:

"Your IMAP server wishes to alert you to the following: Web login
required: http://support.google.com/mail/bin/answer.py?answer=78754 (Failure)"

In researching this online, it seems to be connected a Google mail or application account, except that to her knowledge my stepmother has never used Google mail or any other Google applications that require a login.

Could someone tell me how to fix this problem and eliminate the popup. It actually blocks her Outlook Express and will not let her access her email.

I am also going to send this to Google tech support.

Thanks in advance for any insight you can provide into this weird and annoying problem.
