Malware Removal, Driver Problems

Hello,

I removed rogue software yesterday and now have a nearly identical screencap. The optical drive, monitor, processors and several system devices are marked and contain, "The driver for this device might be corrupted, or your system may be running low on memory or other resources. (Code 3)". "High Definition Audio Controller" is marked and listed under "System Devices". Removal/Re-detect and also reinstallation of the Realtek H. D. Audio drivers and chipset software does not alter the situation. No System Restore points exist prior to the incident. Please offer some assistance.
