Malware Problem XP Home Security 2012

I have somehow gotten malware on my computer - XP Home Security 2012. Another site told me I needed to download "rkill" to get rid of it and said to come here, but I have not found rkill here or in search. Can someone please help!!

My wife also has gotten this virus.I have done all the steps in the guide 4 times and I cant get rid of the damn thing. After installing malwarebytes I get the error message PROGRAM_ERROR_UPDATING(11004,0,No address found) What am i doing wrong? please help!
