I'm scanning my computer with Windows Defender and it is asking me to "Review Changes to Your Computer Settings". The changes are what is shown below and I can either Deny or Permit these changes. I did not initiate these changes and I'm not familiar with Trusteer other than what I just looked up on the internet. What should I do?
