Invalid Ip address

Hi,
For some reason my computer will not connect to the internet, I have looked at my ip address and it comes up with Address Type: Invalid Ip Adress
IP Address: 0.0.0.0
Subnet Mask:0.0.0.0
Please Help as I have to use my phone to access anything over the internet at the moment.

May i also add that i have tried the ipconfig/renew and it comes up with "The RPC server is unavailable" Any ideas on how to fix this?

and run it on your system


* Click on "Scan".
* It will create a log (FSS.txt) in the same directory the tool is run.
* Please copy and paste the log to your reply
