Okay... not sure what's going on...

If I don't do anything... complete freeze in 10 minutes
If I go on the net..... complete freeze in 5 minutes
If I go on a game (UT/MS)... complete freeze in a few minutes
If I try to do spyware scans... complete freeze in less than 2 minutes

I have no clue what's going on... but all I know it's freezing and it won't work again... the music stops working... the mouse stops... NOTHING WORKS... like it's shut of but at the last screen it was at....

any suggestions?

When was the last time you cleaned your computer? Heat is a killer of computers. You should check to make sure all of you fans are working also.

Try doing the scans in "Safe Mode". To do this restart your computer and keep pressing the F8 key repeatedly. A menu will appear with several options. Use the arrow keys to navigate and select the option to run Windows in "Safe Mode".
