As the subject states, my machine is taking way too long to shut down.

For the sake of brevity, I've removed the items that I absolutely KNOW what they do.

Are multiples of svchost.exe and ATI.ACE\cli.exe normal?

Thanks in advance.

Hi and welcome to Bleeping.

Removing virtually everything from your HijackThis log will certainly speed things up for a while but what is protecting your computer now?
No anti-virus / spyware or firewall programs running anymore......

I think you'd better replace everything you've removed so I can see what may have been causing the problem(s).

Open HijackThis. click Config (bottom right) > Backups.

Place a check before every item listed and click Restore.

Reboot and post a fresh HijackThis log as your next reply to this thread. :flowers:
