I have several issues with this laptop. Bottom right corner keeps showing a norton antivirus scan in progress but I dont have the program installed. Every couple hours a trojan virus shows up and my AVG locks it in place but it keeps showing back up(Trojan Horse Crypt. ANVH) . Also the computer and internet does not work sometimes. Often times the computer will just turn off and will not be able to reboot for a period of time. I apologize for not being able to be more specific but I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to computers. Thank you for the help.
