i recently had a virus issue that has just been resolved by your staff. Now my Mozilla browser gets stuck when I try and click on any links. It will open a specific page, but when I click on a given link it will not open and the hour glass gets stuck. I can close down the browser by clicking on the "X". When I reopen it it asks me if I want to start a new session or restore the old session. I have updated to the latest version of the browser and it still happens.

G'day Ravens....I have had a similar problem....and I bought about about a fix by renewing my firefox profile.
I will attach a link below....just follow the steps carefully and be sure you read it well.
Even if this doesn't fix your problem, it will certainly not do any harm.
Good luck,

G'day CondoBloke,

Tried it and it didn't fix the prob. My browser locks up when I try and download any files from a link, ie: Adobe Reader or other download updates. I can close it with the "x" and when I reopen it it asks me if I want to restore my session or to start a new one. It opens web sites fine just no downloading.
