My name is dan i live in batavia ny.And yes i have had problems with pc tools billing.I was billed 29.99 us dollars for something i never ordered. So now i had to cancel my credit card.I can not get any cash unless i go to my bank.PC tools is through Symantec which is Norton. The most widely used antivirus software. It comes with your computer if you have a PC.On my statement it says PC tools renewal pct acc.I am having my bank investigate this.
I did find an interesting article.I will try to post a link. It could be a scam by someone else.I will find out.If this is something to do with Norton i will be running another antivirus like avira its free.
