Dell latitude E5400 xp professional sp3 intel core 2 duo dell wireless 1397 wlan mini-card cable internet

Please bear with me on this post this happened a long time ago just never got around to finish fixing it so I don't recall what lead up to all this. I have no internet wired or wireless. Sometimes I can connect to my netgear router but not to the internet. I haven't changed settings on my router since before or after this happened. Dell Wireless WLAN Card Utility configures my wireless internet connection. If I use windows to connect, I can't connect to anything. I've tried connecting via ethernet cable directly from my modem but does help. I don't have xp or reset discs. I reset winsock but it never helped. Here is what comes up when I do a diagnostics in ie

Please download Farbar Service Scanner (FSS) and run it on the computer with the issue.
  • Make sure the following options are checked:
    • Internet Services
    • Windows Firewall
    • System Restore
    • Security Center
    • Windows Update
  • Press "Scan".
  • It will create a log (FSS.txt) in the same directory the tool is run.
  • Please copy and paste the log to your reply.

We have at least couple of issues there.

Let's start with missing system file (tcpip.sys).

Please run Farbar Service Scanner FSS).
Type the following in the edit box after "Search:".

tcpip.sys

Click Search Files button and post the log (FSS.txt) it makes to your reply.
