My laptop is infected with Windows 7 Home Security 2012. Managed to get Malwarebytes working (wasn't easy - finally restarted computer and clicked on it before anything else and ran "As Administrator") and am currently doing a full system scan. What else can I do if this doesn't get rid of it?

Hi. :)

I apologise for the delay, the forum is very busy.

If you still require assistance merely acknowledge this post and also provide the results(log) from the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware scan you mentioned(if available), thank you.
