Something to read, Slow Computer-browser Check Here First; It May Not Be Malware - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic87058.html .

Your post indicates one BSOD from 4 days ago and (IMO) it provides no clues to what the problem may be.

Sooo...did your browser shut down, freeze, or what? Whatever happened, it did not generate an error message.

IMO, that probably means malware or a damaged browser.

If a browser issue, try a different browser or uninstall/reinstall Firefox.

If a suspected malware issue, then we need to know more...that points in the direction of the Am I Infected forum.

FWIW: "On demand" is for TV cable subscription service, etc...here, we try to help but there is no long list of members standing by waiting for the next computer problem to be posted. The quickest solution to Windows (not malware, not hardware) problems...is probably to try System Restore, a backup, restore to factory defaults, or a clean install.

Louis
