Windows installer problems

I'm attempting to uninstall Alienware command center, but when i try i get some error message saying.
"The installation source for this product is not available. verify that the source exists and that you can access it.
I went into the windows installer folder and the 1a8b08.msi file is there.
anyone know how to fix this issue?
