Does scythe compete with noctua performance wise? Is there anything else that does? Noctua is a bit insanely priced.

scythe what compared to what? Scythe and noctua are brand names that both make a variety of CPU coolers and fans-Im assuming your talking about CPU coolers-what are you trying to cool, and what particular models are you looking at?

120mm and 140mm fans (I need the 140's to be mountable on 140 bases, not just 120 bases)

quietness

power

reliability

those are the main interests.

Is noctua worth it?
