Spyfalcon got me yesterday. Tried to remedy using Spybot, Adaware and Microsoft Anti-spyware. Spybot and Microsoft found the problem, but did not fix it. The solution you provided worked great.

 Thanks for the great help.

Hi I am new to this site...however I am having a huge problem...

I downloaded and purchased spyfalcon...my computer wouldn't let me do anything so it seemed the best option...I wasn't even able to go in and search for info on the product. So I paid for this then find out right after that it's a trojan. What is one to do? Are they going to clean my bank account out? I am so worried because it was actually purchased with the companies bank account. I don't know what to do.

Please help...anyone!!!!!

Follow the self-help removal guide for this malware posted by jgweed near the beginning of this topic.

If you don't feel comfortable with doing this yourself then please read and follow all instructions in the pinned topic titled Preparation Guide For Use Before Posting A Hijackthis Log.

When you have done that, post a log in the HijackThis Logs and Analysis Forum, not here, for assistance by the HJT Team Experts.

It may take a while to get a response because the HJT Team members are very busy. Please be patient as they are volunteers who will help you out as soon as possible. Once you have made your post please DO NOT make another reply until it has been responded to by a member of the HJT Team. Generally the staff checks the forum for postings that have not been replied as this makes it easier for them to identify those who have not been helped.
