When did this problem start? Can you think of what you were doing or if anything changed right before the problem started?

If it looks like I know what I'm doing, there's a pretty good chance the only reason for that is because
I once asked someone to run chkdsk /r and a BC Advisor smacked me in the back of the head.

Hi Computer Paramedics,

Open Internet Explorer. Go to Tools> Internet Options> select the 'Advanced' Tab> Scroll down to the 'Multimedia' and make sure the 'Play sounds in web pages' is checked. Click okay and close IE

You will also want to check that the volume on the web player is not muted and that the volume is turned up..

Edited to include the web player information

Check that you have the updated flash player and Java..

Adobe Flash Player
*Note: you will need to use the adobe flash player uninstaller before installing the new version

Uninstall Flash Player | Windows
