I was browsing through the computer and I came across this file: EKa03492; it is a 2,083,492 KB file. I searched Google, Bing, and Yahoo and got no hits. I have a XP sp2 computer.

It's easier to get a handle on any file...once you have enabled the viewing of all file extensions.

I see no extension indicated for said file.

Hi, GlenS.
What machine are we dealing with?
Where was this file discovered?
What is the file extension association (*file_name*.cab, .exe, .iso, .vhd, .dat, .etc.)?
Do you notice any untoward behaviour from the machine?
It may be time to install SP/3? It wont hurt.... :lmao:
The update can be installed over the .net or there is the option to download an .iso file to be installed offline (updating muliple PCs).
