Hello, thank you in advance for the help you can/will provide. First off, I understand a little bit about computers, so I am not totally illiterate when it comes to computers. My problem is the xp internet security 2012 virus. It came on and I declined anything it had to offer. After researching how to remove this I deleted the 3 letter .exe files from my task manager. After deleting it I couldn't and still can't use the internet, I use IE. This happened last night/early this morning, I decided to sleep and wake up and continue it today since my computer started freezing. So I tried to start today and my computer freezes, it does sometimes respond but responds really late. I downloaded fixncr.reg onto a flash drive, I tried using the fixncr.reg in safe mode because nothing worked in regular mode, I don't think anything happened successful. So now my computer is exactly the same way except there is another problem, the keyboard does not work. Basically I can't even go into safe mode because the keyboard doesn't work. I feel like posting here is my last resort, if you guys can't help me I am just going to throw it away. Sorry if I made something confusing, if you guys don't understand something I will be more than glad to explain it. Thank you very much I really appreciate your help. Happy New Year!
