I recently came to Bleeping Computer to learn how to remove the pesky Win 7 Virus. This virus had essentially made my computer useless... which is especially not good, considering it's my work computer. I followed the 19 step removal process which turned out to be super easy, despite the shock of seeing a 19 step process. To the best of my knowledge, the program has been removed. If someone knows of a way to ensure that it's not still lingering somewhere, I'd really appreciate the info!

Also, during the removal process, I found that I needed to run my computer in "safe mode with networking" to get RKill to run.

How do I get help? Who is helping me?For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear....Become a BleepingComputer fan: Facebook
