Hello guys. I am a Mathematics teacher. I dabble a little with the computer. Know just enough to get in trouble. Have helped some friends with computer problems and viruses. I am the go to person for problems at my school and I report problems to the real it persons.

Would love to learn more about removing antivirus. First steps. Always running into the fake antivirus scam that is actually a virus and I can't always completely remove it. I need to build up my toolbox and learn more about computers in general.

Is there a test section or forum somewhere where you can test yourself about computers?

Have a virus/malware now but will go to other forum for that one.

Hopefully maybe I can help someone else too on something.

If it's techknow you want, I'm sure you can find it here.
Hoping your experience here will be as enlightening for you as it has to me.
As far as a computer knowledge test, I would say that this whole forum will test ones knowledge!

Thanks blugard. I hope to work my way around the forum. It is large and I need to become more familiar with it. Something to do on my iPad. Also, I like the idea of just looking at forums and learning. You are right, that is like a test.

Have a great year!
