Windows 7 virus removal complication

With removing Windows 7 and running BFE fixes, Windows Firewall continues to say that it is not using the 'correct' options and settings. I have looked up a few fixes from the forums and I still have not found a single one that would work. I saw where someone needed an FSS log so I shall post one.

Check if Base filtering engine works:

The above link gives the Full SFC /Scannow directions -

This is to check the required files are all fully installed.
Please let me know if you get any warning message near the end - You do not need a CD / DVD to do this with Vista or Win7 -
