I'm using Windows 7 Pro 64 bit and IE 9. I have tried going to pogo.com to play games and I keep getting a message that I need flash player. So I go to the Adobe site and download the 64 bit Flash Player and save it to my computer in downloads. I open up the folder and click to install flash player. A box flashes on the screen and then it is gone. But Flash player is not installed. I went to programs and features and it just isn't there. So I try to install it again and a box pops up saying I can run only one instance at a time yet it still isn't showing up in the installed programs. I can't even uninstall it because I can't find it in the list of installed programs.

My husband is having similar problems on his computer except he is running Windows 7 Home 64 bit. His computer tells him something about a firewall problem. Oh and he went back to using IE 8.

I have heard that IE 9 has problems with being able to play games. So I downloaded Firefox but I still have the same problem. Can someone please help me out here? Should I revert back to IE 8??

Thanks for any help you can give me.

Ok I did everything that it said for flash player problems...It half way solve the problem. At least I wasn't getting the flash player error...BUT still no games. So I went into the firewall and created a rule for Java. I know these are two different programs but it solved the problem and now the games are working on both of our computers...Thanks for the help you gave me...
