I really need help I received this message it reads C:\windows\system32\wininet.dll. I could not open or start my computer, so I had to split my drive, now I have very little space on my C drive and I do not know how to correct it, I stil have all the programs but they are in the other partition, can any one help?

Exacly how did you go about splitting your hard drive if you cannot boot into Windows?
In the beginning there was the command line.
