hi, im dave, can anyone tell me how to remove password protection from windows xp pro, my friend runs this system and has got himself in a right mess. everytime he trys to do somethink it asks for his password :thumbsup: :flowers: :trumpet:

Hi Dave,

Click Start >Control Panel then User accounts.

There you will find several options to change, click: ..or pick an account to change.

In the list you'll see click: remove my password then Apply.
