E-drive Gone

:thumbsup: my e-drive is gone....the update for record now is not supported by veritas so what do i do....is my burner a waste....i have the update 4.6

Have you checked your BIOS to see if your CD is listed? If not try changing your motherboard battery. If it is absent from the BIOS and a fresh battery does not correct the condition, I would believe our drive has failed.
