My system was backed up a few weeks back so I am good there. While looking a site, a pop suggested I need 2012 XP virus protection. I was able to remove this with an .exe, but now the Ping.exe and IE hijacking issue won't let go. After a few weeks of searching I came to you guys for a little help. While in IE I am directed to various sites that are about employment, lotteries and other material I am not interested in. My other programs seem to run fine but I have to kill the ping.exe every five minutes.
