Can I install a OS via HDD?

CD drive is broke
Cant access BIOS
Windows 7 user is corrupt I deleted it accidently.

Need to install it via a HDD. USB wont work. :(


Can it be done? If so how I want Ubuntu if possible.

it has pci bev sis191 undi pxe-2.1 or somthing?

You can boot Ubuntu off of a USB and install it from there is you want.
Although you're going to have to access the BIOS or a boot menu of some sort to boot of the USB most likely.
Why can't you access your BIOS?
