OK, here is the deal. I'm very excited to be working with pc's for a large comp retailer. I am basically responsible for dealing with the public bringing pc's in for repair. I hook them up for remote assistance through our network, and that's usually it. My desire is to learn more about what work is actually being done. I'm just looking for a good place to start getting information to study. Maybe some things that I can start working on my own home pc. I have one that I can use for an educational tool. Had a laptop today while I was at work that had no internet access and I couldn't get it online to save my life. Can't really get anything done via remote access without actually being able to connect to the internet.....This is my issue...Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am learning a ton from the guys that I work with, they just don't have time to really slow down a whole lot to explain things.
