Q What Op System are you running? WinXP, WinVista, Win7?

1) Go to www.safer-networking.org
and download SPYBOT

2) Run the install of SPYBOT and do the updates (definitions)
loading teatimer is ok too.

3) Run SPYBOT. It will take about 2+ hours depending
on the speed of your system. Age, physical memory, HD size et al.

4) SPYBOT will ask you to clean or fix? Say Yes. Reboot afterwards.

5) Run SPYBOT AGAIN

if this does not kill the virus, please advise.

6) Remove SPYBOT from your computer. ie Control Panel, add / remove programs

good luck :)

1) Try the Symantec / Norton site to see if there is a TOOL to kill this particular Trojan.

2) Same goes for the Kaspersky site

Did you run Malwarebytes?

3) Download Malwarebytes from this google search only >> "bleepingcomputer malwarebytes"

4) Run Malwarebytes and clean when it prompts you.

NOW, if this does not work and you cannot find the TOOL to kill that Trojan.

Backup Files and a full Operating System reload is required.

You may query an Administrator on this site to see if you can get a more
detailed / step-by-step answer to kill this Trojan. They are getting more and
more harder to kill...I'm sorry. :cold:

One thing comes to mind, reboot in SAFE mode and run Malwarebytes
