Dear Sir or Ma'am,

Somehow my computer got infected with the Win 7 antivirus virus, which promptly locked me out of my antivirus software and blocked me from the internet. I used another computer to get ncr.reg, rkill, and malwarebytes on a flash drie. I used ncr.reg, then rkill, then tried using malwarebytes, which wouldn't work, but for some reason at that point it allowed me back in to my antivirus, which stopped the Win 7 antivirus. The popups were gone and i was able to connect to the internet again and I thought life was good, until a trojan popped up, then another one, then like 3 more. As fast as I could remove them, they kept reappearing. Then I got locked back out of the internet. I tried putting another antivirus software on a flash drive but it keeps blocking me from running it. I tried installing another operating system (ubuntu) to try to connect back to the internet and run a web-based virus removal tool, but it won't let me open the ubuntu installer. I am seriously at my wit's end. My job starts again in a week and I need my computer for work. How the heck do I get my computer back to normal?

Will anything run if you run from Safe mode and download and install??

u]Reboot into Safe Mode with Networking[/u]
How to start Windows 7 in Safe Mode

Reboot into Safe Mode with Networking
How to enter safe mode(XP/Vista)
Using the F8 Method
Restart your computer.
When the machine first starts again it will generally list some equipment that is installed in your machine, amount of memory, hard drives installed etc. At this point you should gently tap the F8 key repeatedly until you are presented with a Windows XP Advanced Options menu.
Select the option for Safe Mode with Networking using the arrow keys.
Then press enter on your keyboard to boot into Safe Mode
How do I get help? Who is helping me?For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear....Become a BleepingComputer fan: Facebook
