A long time ago I bricked my WRT54g v5 router by Linksys and now I'm trying to unbrick it.

After doing my own research I have found that it is still pingable and should be capable of being reset by TFTP or a firmware upgrade utility.

The problem is that I keep getting a connection time out whenever i try to send the new firmware to the router, and after a 10-20 second power-off reset

it still gives me a connection timeout warning. From the tutorial I used it appears that the router's bootloader is messed up and the method I'm using (that should

work) doesn't. Any help is appreciated.
